We thank you for taking note of the following general conditions:
- PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN
- NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATIONS
- RESPECT THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF TRAVELERS
- The main landlord must be at least 25 years old to rent this accommodation.
- You may be asked for an identity document before entering the accommodation.
- An email from the secure “Charge Automation” site will be sent to you on the day of your reservation in order to register your credit card for the €500 security deposit. This will be a card imprint, no debit will be made to your account. This will be activated 2 days before your arrival and will be released after checking the accommodation following your departure.
- A checklist will be sent to you upon your arrival guaranteeing the condition of the accommodation. It will be up to you to check this list on the day of your arrival and to mention any additions to us in order to avoid any misunderstanding (Online check-in).
- In general, access to accommodation is done remotely, by telephone. Some apartments at certain times require the passage of a person to open the door for you, these details are indicated on each apartment sheet. After 11 p.m. entry into the apartments will no longer be possible.
- Payment information: It is possible to pay the reservation by bank transfer or by credit card.
- A cancellation up to 14 days before the date of arrival will be refunded up to 80%, after this time, no refund will be possible.
